Practice Makes Perfect

Time to start learning how to blog

This is the first entry to my first ever blog. As a nineteen-year-old I feel as though I am very behind the times, from a social media standpoint. However, for my new job it is in my job description to know how to blog and to run a company's blog for them. So I thought to myself, what could I do to familiarize myself with the blogging realm? Well by blogging of course!

I just started working for an entertainment company as an intern and this is my first ever internship in this industry. I want to become an event planner and this is the very first stepping stone, and thats what this seems to be for me; a rocky, slippery journey, where I don't have a my footing on solid ground.

For the entertainment blog I will be running, I was told I have free-range. Oh boy!! What a wonderful open layout... However, I have to keep it so it can draw in customers to the entertainment company and learn what the company is looking to post.

Here is a really cool idea that I found on Pinterest of a S'more Bar at a wedding! Interesting items like this are things I hope to bring to my company's blog and draw in potential customers!

Here's to the Future!
